FutureGov.ai was a Victoria, BC-based meetup group focused on how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping government and the public sector.

From 2017 to 2020 we brought together a diverse community of public servants, technologists, academics, and consultants to explore the real-world potential of AI beyond the hype. Our events aimed to demystify complex technologies and spark conversations about how they could help address pressing public sector challenges.

As AI continues to evolve, the questions we explored are now more relevant than ever: How will emerging technologies impact public institutions? What role will AI play in shaping the future of government?
